It is with joy that I introduce myself to you, Tania Boucher, Director of Bien chez Chez – Drummondville.
Why am I here? Because I am like you. Life rolls at high speed, despite my attempts to stop it. Balancing work and family is a challenge and there comes a time to surround himself with another pair of loving arms which is key to getting there. It’s my observation as a mom, here and now. However, I am also a women who looks at the future, not too far away, while my parents will need home support. The distance that separates us will not allow me to offer them help as much as I would like.
It is in the light of these observations that I chose to get involved in my community, offering personalized home care and services to the needs of clients through Bien Chez Soi.
It is with pride that my team and I can offer you a quality nanny service and family help that is versatile, flexible, safe and focused on the needs and reality of each family situation.
It is an honor for my team and I to help our seniors stay together in the comfort of their own homes. By assisting them with daily tasks that become a bit more difficult or by offering them the opportunity to receive quality, dignified, respectful and safe specialized care.
In addition to the rewarding feeling of helping others, we are simply privileged to make a difference in your daily life.

Carole is an extraordinary woman, always in a good mood, dedicated and ready to surpass our requests. I speak from experience of having had several caregivers in recent years. Carole does not see her work as a job, she puts her heart into everything she does. She surprises us day after day with special attention. She gets involved in our life as if she were family and that’s what makes her part of our lives.
My son is a special needs child who hardly lets people into his life. Carole was able to earn her trust from the beginning gaining respect and friendship. I am very grateful for what she does for our son.
Carole’s presence in our lives allows us to spend more quality time with the family, to live in the present moment in a context where time is running at full speed.
When you have a jewel in these employees, you have to take care of them and not be afraid to tell them that it exceeds the expectations of customers.
